The Stamets Microdose Stack
Stack Your Microdose If it Isn't Cutting It...
Is your microdose not delivering as expected?
Microdosing psychedelics like psilocybin or LSD is great, but often brings broad effects and lacks depth.
While that’s fine for some, a more targeted approach is key if you’re after specific benefits.
That’s when microdose “stacking” comes into play.
Microdose stacking is the process of intentionally combining different herbs and supplements to enhance, synergize, and tailor the effects of your microdose to your unique needs.
If you are struggling with depression…
There’s a microdose stack for that.
Anxiety? Yep.
Brain fog and focus. You bet.
Stamets Stack
One example of a microdose stack is the Stamets stack, created and named after the renowned mycologist, Paul Stamets.
He intentionally formulated a microdose stack to:
✅ Enhance neurogenesis or the creation of new brain cells (to safeguard your brain health and function) 🧠
✅ Boost creativity and cognition (skyrocketing your mental performance)💡
✅ Facilitate the regeneration of visual and auditory neurons (helping you see and hear better) 👀 👂
✅ Support and enhance the treatment of PTSD. 👩⚕️
It’s comprised of:
Psilocybin mushrooms: 0.1–0.5 g (100–500 mg)
Lion’s mane mushroom (fruiting body): 5–20 g
Erinacines / Hericenones (constituents of Lion’s mane that increase Nerve Growth Factors): 50–200 mg
Niacin (Vitamin B3): 100–200 mg
He formulated it this way because...
Psilocybin + Lion’s Mane + Erinacines: helps create new neurons and neural pathways by increasing BDNF and other brain growth factors, repairs neurological damage, and reduces neuroinflammation.
Niacin (Vitamin B3) is added to support the delivery of psilocybin and the other compounds across the blood-brain barrier so it can become more available to the brain and nervous system.
Here’s just one of the many microdose stacks available, all designed to amplify and personalize the effects of your microdose... and take your results to new heights!
Curious, have you tried “stacking” your microdose?
If so, what’s your formula? I’d love to learn from you.
