I tried LSD when I was younger and had a great experience but never was able to get anymore of it. I feel like that was by design.
I then discovered mushrooms and fell in love with the geometric patterns and the introspective thought as things began to wind down. I feel like it shines a light on my past and I can learn more from past experiences to make me a better person all the way around.
I’ve had some peyote growing for about a year now just waiting for it to call to me and tell me that it is time to give it a try.
But recently I feel like LSD is calling to me as I have a desire to try it again.
I know that all of these are great medicine when used properly and I’m eager to try LSD again.
Tough to do any psychedelics while raising a family but also makes it feel more intentional and less as a party. The older I get the more intentional I become in the things that I do and I feel like that helps set the tone in the experience. So with a family it becomes a planned experience with 100% intention on what I’m going to do and less as a wing it experience.
Thanks for sharing Preston! I’m sure being a parent is the ultimate trip.
And you’re right, it’s imposing limits that are ultimately serving you in the sense that you approach psychedelic medicines with the utmost intention and care.
That level of mindfulness will reap massive dividends when in the depths of a journey.
The biggest thing now with LSD is making sure you know exactly what you’re taking. Get an Ehrlich reagent kit to test your stuff and make sure it’s legit. Stay safe and have a good trip!
My medicine is DMT. Love shrooms and acid but when you have little kids at home it’s hard to find the time for those journeys so DMT fits my circumstances due to its 15 minute rocket ship to the 12th dimension.
Absolutely true, always blows my mind how quickly it metabolizes and how you go from tripping insane balls to bring sober like that, no hangover or lingering after affects

They don’t call it the “businessman’s trip” for no reason 😂
